• Delivering Japanese Head Spa and wellness treatments

• Maintaining Japanese customer service standards (Omotenashi)

• Supervising bookings and customer relations

• Training and mentoring salon staff and freelance hairdressers

• Supporting business development and marketing activities

• Ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction

• Assisting in the development of Japanese beauty and wellness services in Finland
