Core Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule hair stylists and support staff.
• Operations & Cleanliness: Ensure smooth daily workflows, maintain inventory, order supplies, and enforce health and safety standards.
• Customer Service: Greet clients, manage bookings, and handle feedback or complaints to ensure retention.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote salon services, launch loyalty programs, and execute local or social media marketing.
• Financial Oversight: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage vendor relationships, and monitor revenues and expenses
