🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scalp consultations & diagnostic analysis
- Perform deep cleansing, nourishing, herbal & therapeutic scalp treatments + relaxing massage
- Recommend personalized treatment plans, home-care routines & suitable products
- Track client progress, maintain records & follow-ups
- Keep workspace/equipment clean & sanitized
- Follow standards, attend training & support team goals
🔥 Requirements
- Experience in scalp/hair care, beauty therapy or salon services preferred
- Great communication & customer service
- Skilled in hands-on treatments & massage
- Positive attitude, willing to learn
- Able to work weekends & PH on rotating shifts
🔬 Preferred
- Knowledge of herbal/TCM scalp care
- Experience with scalp analysis equipment
- Beauty / cosmetology certification
💰 Earnings & Benefits
- Monthly Base Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 (by experience)
- Commission Structure:Service Commission: $10 – $15 per sessionProduct Commission: 5% – 10% on retail sales
