Maintain the health and integrity of clients’ hair by recommending appropriate products and treatments. Build lasting client relationships, keep accurate customer and service records, and consistently deliver high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircut, colouring and aftercare.
• Assess clients’ hair condition and recommend suitable products and treatments to maintain hair health and integrity
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and service records for quality tracking and follow-up
• Deliver consistent high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and salon reputation
