Job Summary

Provide a range of hair services and support retail operations while delivering excellent customer service in a salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services including shampooing, blow drying, styling, coloring, perming, and scalp and hair treatments to meet customer needs
• Assist the Creative Director with hair service tasks to support salon operations
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information to enhance customer experience
• Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and offer appropriate assistance to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to maintain efficient salon supply management
• Perform housekeeping duties in assigned work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess at least primary, secondary school, ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
• Ability to converse in English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Demonstrate a well-groomed appearance and self-motivated personality to represent the salon professionally
• Exhibit friendliness and approachability to foster positive customer interactions
• Show strong passion for customer service and sales to contribute to salon success
• Possess good communication skills and maintain a positive attitude to support teamwork and customer relations
