- Possess professional skills in designing hairstyle
- At least 4 years of experience in hair styling.
- Ability to cut, perm, set, updo, bleach, dye and tint hair according to customer’s instructions or preference or to recommend the best option to customers.
- Skilled in a wide range of hair colouring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage.
- Skilled in latest perm techniques as well as hair treatment products and process.
- Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
- Create and enhance a good relationship with the customers and keep track of their appointment.
- Ability to deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.
