Hall Grill Server

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests, assist with seating and provide menu recommendations.

- Take customers’ orders accurately and communicate orders to the kitchen.

- Grill and serve BBQ meat at customers’ tables according to restaurant standards.

- Serve side dishes, drinks and other food items; replenish side dishes when required.

- Clear tables, reset dining areas and maintain cleanliness of the dining hall.

- Handle customers’ basic requests politely and promptly.

- Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and restaurant service procedures.

- Assist with other ad-hoc outlet duties as assigned.

Requirement:

- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

- Positive attitude, good customer-service mindset and able to work well in a team.

- Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
