提供 ESL（Electronic Shelf Label）產品之客戶端技術支援與問題排除

擔任客戶與內部團隊（研發、專案、韓國總部, 印度研究所）之間的技術溝通窗口

協助客戶導入 ESL 系統，包含需求分析、技術說明與解決方案建議

支援專案進行，如 PoC、試點部署、系統驗證與上線協作

協助技術型與半技術型簡報、文件與操作說明

維繫既有客戶關係並支援技術導向的銷售活動

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) products at customer sites

Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams (R&D, project teams, Korea HQ, India R&D center)

Support customers in ESL system deployment, including requirement analysis and solution proposals

Assist with project execution such as PoC, pilot deployment, system testing, and go-live support

Prepare and support technical presentations, documentation, and user guides

Support technically oriented sales activities and maintain ongoing customer relationships

【應徵條件｜Qualifications】

中文

符合以下任一條件：

3 年以上 ESL 相關經驗

或 3 年以上 Software 開發 + FAE（技術支援）相關經驗

具備服務營運或系統支援經驗，能理解客戶端實際使用情境

熟悉以下任一或多項程式語言尤佳：Python、JavaScript、Java 等

大台灣籍（中國語為母語，必須）

英文中級以上，能進行技術溝通（必須）

具備 韓文能力者尤佳（與韓國總部溝通）

English

One of the following required:

At least 3 years of experience in ESL-related roles, or

At least 3 years of experience in Software Development and/or FAE roles

Experience in service operation, system support, or customer-facing technical roles

Hands-on experience or understanding of one or more of the following languages is a plus: Python, JavaScript, Java etc.

Native Chinese (Mandarin) is required

Intermediate or higher level of English is required for technical communication

Korean language ability is a strong plus for collaboration with Korea HQ
