HANDYPERSON / LABOURER

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair duties to ensure that the Company's premises are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting;
• Gypsum/drywall installations and repairs;
• General preventative and reactive maintenance;
• General building fabric repairs and upkeep;
• Basic plumbing and general electrical works;
• Basic masonry works;
• Assisting with other general maintenance duties as required.

Requirements:

• Be organised, practical and trustworthy;
• Be capable of working efficiently and with minimal supervision;
• Show a strong dedication towards customer satisfaction;
• Be a problem solver and capable in general troubleshooting;
• Possess good communication skills and be proficient in the English language.
