교육부 사역자는 다음세대 성도들의 영적 돌봄, 제자 훈련, 전도(아웃리치), 그리고 사역 리더십을 포함한 교육 사역의 핵심 영역들에서 동역하는 직분을 감당합니다. 교육부 전도사는 자라나는 아이들이 성경과 기독교 세계관을 바탕으로 그리스도 예수의 온전한 제자로 세워지는 과정을 기쁨으로 경험하도록 지도합니다. 교육부 사역자는 담임목사 및 핵심리더십과 긴밀히 협력하여, 교회 전반에 걸쳐 건강하고 따뜻한 동역을 이루며, 한 영혼을 그리스도 예수의 제자로 양육하는 문화를 세워나갈 것입니다.

• 교육부 (Part-time) 부교역자

❖ 자격 요건

• 개혁주의 신학에 기초한 확고한 신념과 복음의 열정을 가진 분
• 동료 사역자들과 기쁨으로 협력하며, 성도를 존중하는 인격적 성숙함을 갖춘 분
• 정규 신학 대학원 (M.Div, MA) 졸업자나 재학생
• 미국 거주 및 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 분

Join Sarang Community Church in Making Disciples of Jesus

The Children’s Ministry Director serves in the core areas of next-generation ministry, including the spiritual care of children, discipleship, evangelism and outreach, and ministry leadership. The pastor will guide growing children to joyfully experience the process of becoming mature disciples of Jesus Christ, grounded in Scripture and shaped by a Christian worldview.

Working closely with the Senior Pastor and key ministry leaders, the Children’s Ministry Pastor will foster healthy and warm collaboration throughout the church and help cultivate a culture in which each person is intentionally nurtured and formed as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

❖ Qualifications

• Those with firm convictions based on Reformed theology and a passion for the Gospel.
• Those with the personal maturity to respectfully serve the congregation and joyfully cooperate with fellow staff members.
• Graduates of an accredited theological seminary (M.Div, MA) Graduates or students.
• Those legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.
