Haqdarshak - Product Manager - AI Agent Platform

About Haqdarshak :

Haqdarshak bridges the information and access gap between citizens and social security schemes using technology and a network of trained field agents. We operate in 30+ states with information on 7000+ government schemes in 12 languages, and have reached 9M+ Indians.

The Role :

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our AI-native Agent Platform. You will redesign welfare access with AI at the centre, building conversational eligibility agents, document intelligence and automated workflows for citizens, field agents, gig workers and MSMEs.

What you will do :

- Define AI-native product experiences and challenge existing workflows

- Own the roadmap from discovery to post-launch iteration

- Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, and set success metrics before building

- Visit the field and talk to beneficiaries, agents and MSME owners to ground decisions in real context

- Run sprints with the Tech Lead and work with engineering on LLM pipelines and evaluation

- Own UAT, rollout and stakeholder communication

- Present roadmaps and impact to leadership and external partners

What we are looking for :

- 4 - 7 years of product management in a tech-led organisation, with products shipped end to end

- Hands-on experience with AI-native products (LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluation)

- Strong written communication and data fluency

- Empathy for low-literacy, non-English and first-time digital users

- Good to have : DPI exposure (Aadhaar, UPI, DigiLocker), fintech or social sector experience, Hindi or a regional language
