Hardware Design Engineer_TC30077

1. Responsible for hardware design and development of server motherboards, backplanes, and add-in cards, including schematic design, BOM creation, and PCB layout review, ensuring cost efficiency, design quality, and manufacturability.

2. Perform board-level and system-level debugging, failure analysis, and root cause investigation. Conduct Design Verification Testing (DVT), system validation, and quality analysis using oscilloscopes and other laboratory equipment.

3. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, BOMs, test procedures, validation reports, and debugging guides.

4. Collaborate with engineering, validation, and manufacturing teams to provide technical support to customers and contract manufacturers, resolving issues during product development, mass production, and customer issue investigations.

5. Support new project evaluations, existing product maintenance, and system deployment. Provide worldwide on-site customer support, including 72-hour service coverage, and travel as required.
