Hardware Development Leader (Automotive / eMobility)

For one of our international engineering projects in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Hardware Development Leader to support the development of advanced electronic systems used in next-generation mobility solutions.

This role combines technical coordination, cross-functional cooperation, and project leadership within hardware development activities.

Project Details

• Work model: Hybrid (Kraków)

• Cooperation model: UoP or B2B

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware development activities within automotive engineering projects

• Define and monitor development timelines, milestones, and hardware deliverables

• Collaborate closely with system, software, mechanical, and project management teams

• Support synchronization of hardware and software development activities

• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs

• Participate in technical discussions related to product development and release planning

• Ensure proper communication between engineering teams and stakeholders

• Support prototype and validation phases from the hardware perspective

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field

• Experience in automotive hardware development projects

• Previous experience in coordinating technical teams or leading engineering activities

• Understanding of embedded systems and electronic product development processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a cross-functional international environment

• Communicative English required

Nice to Have

• Experience in eMobility or power electronics projects

• Familiarity with automotive development lifecycle and product validation activities

• Experience working in Agile or V-cycle environments
