1. Manage sustaining program, customization request from customer.
2. Solution provider and assessment of requirements from customer.
3. Root cause analysis on customer’s issue.
4. Drive lessons learnt from root cause analysis on customer’s issue.

需求條件

1. 3+ years of hardware design experience is plus
2. Good interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills.
