Hardware Lead Engineer (HWLE)

• Acting as a leader and role model for the sub-team being accountable for the success of the domain specific project targets

▪Acquisition, developments, integration and validation of the (sub-) system according to;
▪Technical and non-technical requirements
▪Specific system release plan and feature roll out plan maturity
▪Company strategy
▪Time, scope, cost and quality targets
▪Acting as a team member in the core-team being responsible for the successful integration of interdependent concepts.
▪Acting as a key contact for internal & external for hardware system
▪Implementation and validation of requirements
▪Compliance with the appointed dates with the OEM
▪Compliance with the planned development costs
▪Achieving optimal solutions within the whole system with respect to costs
▪Leading the development and integration of the hardware system while respecting the required maturity level
▪Identify robust and cost-efficient solutions within the overall system
Displaying a professional attitude in situation of high pressure, and the ability to work independently are required
