Hardware Program Manager

1. Lead end-to-end hardware program execution (EVT → DVT → PVT → MP) to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Drive cross-functional alignment across hardware, firmware, AI, app, and supply chain teams.
3. Manage project timelines, risks, and trade-offs (performance, cost, power, schedule).
4. Coordinate with ODM/EMS partners on development, manufacturing, and quality issues.
5. Establish and improve NPI processes, tracking systems, and execution frameworks.

1. 5+ years in hardware program management with full NPI lifecycle experience.
2. Background in consumer electronics (audio/AI devices preferred).
3. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
4. Solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and cost structures.
5. Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for supplier coordination.
