Vinfast is
looking for highly motivated and technically skilled Hardware Quality Expert / Lead Engineer to join our CT&V engineering team. The roles are focusing on
component-level validation within Chassis and Powertrain systems, with a strong
emphasis on Environmental and Durability testing. If you thrive in a fast-paced

Key Responsibilities
- Lead validation activities for
chassis and powertrain components from design through production.
- Develop test plans for complex
components/systems covering environmental and durability scenarios.
- Plan, develop test cases and
analyze tests such as:
- Corrosion testing, Long term
durability testing, Ingress Protection testing (dust/water) etc.
- Collaborate with design,
simulation, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust component
performance.
- Support root cause analyses, and
corrective actions.
- Support regulatory compliance and
internal quality standards.
Requirements
Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in validation
engineering within Chassis or Powertrain domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise in
environmental and durability testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive
standards (e.g., ISO, SAE, IEC, OEM-specific).
- Excellent analytical,
communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred
Skills
- Experience in developing test
cases for environmental and durability testing of chassis and powertrain
components
- Experience in developing complete
validation plans for chassis and powertrain components
- Knowledge of material fatigue,
corrosion.
- Experience working with electric vehicles
and any electrical knowledge is a plus.
