Hardware Reliability Engineer (工作地點：桃園大園)

We are looking for a Hardware Reliability Engineer to support reliability validation for server, laptop, notebook, and PC hardware.
The role involves hands-on testing, failure analysis, CM engagement, and collaboration with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute reliability testing for computing hardware using thermal, vibration, shock, environmental, HALT, and HASS methods.
• Work with contract manufacturers (Dayuan District, Taoyuan City) for factory support and issue resolution.
• Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and reliability reporting.
• Collaborate with EE, ME, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams to resolve product reliability concerns.
• Review PCB schematics, layouts, stack-up details, and board-level issues to support troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in EE, CSE, Automation, or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• Experience in server, laptop, notebook, PC, or computing hardware reliability.
• Hands-on reliability testing and factory/CM engagement experience.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, root cause analysis, PCB troubleshooting, and reliability reporting.
• Basic English communication skills to understand technical discussions and report findings.
