Hardware Technical Program Manager

You will manage complex hardware programs from early concept through production launch. You will define scope, schedules, milestones, quality and cost targets; coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply-chain, and software partners; manage risks; run design reviews; and communicate status and decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the hardware product development process from concept through production launch
• Manage concurrent cross-functional hardware programs
• Define program scope, schedules, and milestones
• Hold teams accountable to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets
• Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans
• Coordinate manufacturing, supply-chain, and contract-manufacturing partners
• Run design reviews and track action items
• Align hardware and software integration milestones
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of hardware technical program management experience
• Track record of shipping hardware products to production
• Understanding of hardware product development, prototyping, verification, validation, and manufacturing ramp
• Experience managing multiple complex concurrent hardware programs
• Technical fluency in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and system architecture
• Experience with contract manufacturers, component vendors, and supply-chain partners
• Documentation and program-management skills
