Hardware Technical Program Manager (HW TPM) 專案經理 (工作地點: 湖口/大園)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the Wipro team in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware development and/or test programs related to semiconductor, computing, server, or consumer products
• Oversee factory NPI processes, test automation, and failure analysis (FA) activities (experience in these areas is a plus)
• Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions on a regular basis
• Lead and manage the team, addressing team members’ concerns and ensuring smooth execution
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring discussions for new team members
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multi-location teams, customers, and vendors
• Support occasional travel (approximately once every two months, 2–3 days) to Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
