Job Summary
Join Tribecar as a Technical Assistant to support hardware deployment and system integration for our car-sharing service. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with telematics equipment installation and vehicle system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Install, remove, and troubleshoot telematics equipment in vehicles to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct stock taking to maintain accurate inventory levels of hardware components
- Assemble basic system parts and hardware components for deployment
- Coordinate with clients to schedule installation appointments efficiently
- Monitor and oversee system health to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 2B or 3 driving license to operate vehicles safely
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate basic computer operation skills to support technical tasks
- Familiarity with vehicles accessories
- Show familiarity with web technologies to assist in system integration
- Understand vehicle accessories to facilitate installation and troubleshooting
- Open to individuals with no experience in this field
