Hardware Technician

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hardware Lab Support Technician/Engineer to manage day-to-day laboratory operations, maintain test benches and equipment, and support hardware development activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware assembly, SMD and PTH soldering, ESD implementation, inventory management, and laboratory maintenance. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective coordination with internal and external teams, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized engineering lab environment.
