What You’ll Be Contributing:
You will play a key role in validating enterprise-grade server platforms through structured test methodologies, ensuring products meet strict performance, stability, and interoperability standards prior to deployment.
A key responsibility of this position is the validation of server and enterprise-grade computer products. You will ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of performance, compatibility, and reliability. You will also be a central point of contact for both vendors and customers, providing support with urgency and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute validation plans for enterprise server platforms (compute, storage, networking);
- Perform system-level validation, including benchmarking, stress testing, and long-duration stability testing;
- Validate hardware compatibility across CPUs, memory, storage, GPUs, NICs, and firmware/BIOS;
- Develop automated and repeatable test frameworks;
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigation;
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware and firmware validation;
- Produce detailed validation reports with results and recommendations;
- Ensure compliance with enterprise and data center standards;
- Evaluate system performance under real-world workloads;
- Improve validation methodologies and tools.
What Sets You Apart:

Proven experience in enterprise server validation and qualification;

Strong understanding of server architecture;

High-frequency (HF) server knowledge and hands-on experience;

HPC experience (validating high-performance compute platforms: GPU/CPU scaling, high-speed interconnects, storage I/O performance, and workload-driven benchmarking);

Ability to design structured test plans;

Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills;

Proficiency in Linux environments;

Detail-oriented with focus on data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in hardware validation or platform engineering;
- Experience with enterprise servers and data center hardware;
- Familiarity with GPUs and high-performance workloads;
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash);
- Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering;
- Certifications are a plus.
