Harvest/Seasonal Worker

Duties to include but are not limited to: Inspect all raw product when entering our storage buildings/processing facility removing all foreign material. Proactively communicate with all departments in professional manner. To create and lead a positive and professional atmosphere.

Alternate position coverage: Harvest Operator

Duties to include but are not limited to: Run various machines during our Harvest Season. Machines to include but are not limited to: the pilers, hoggers and collectors. Proactively communicate with all departments in professional manner. To create and lead a positive and professional atmosphere.

• To clean and sanitize all harvest equipment and storage facilities prior to receiving raw product.
• Will be required to inspect all raw product before entering the storage and raw receiving areas
• Must keep work area free of foreign material and free of all safety hazards while following our safety procedures and guidelines.
• Train new hires as needed. Rotate to different lines to assist with employee breaks and/or for equipment failure.
• To maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. To keep Senior Raw Coordinator informed of daily issues relating to the raw product. To attend and participate in meetings, training and continuing education programs internally or externally as deemed appropriate by management.

High School Diploma / or equivalent
