Intensive In-Home (IIH) Therapist – Charlotte, NC

Turning Point Family Services is seeking a provisionally or fully licensed professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our new Charlotte IIH team. For over 23 years, we’ve provided mental health services across Iredell, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. Our mission is to deliver compassionate care, inspire hope, and empower families.

Position Summary

  • Provide individual and family therapy
  • Coordinate assessments and treatment planning
  • Offer clinical expertise and direction for interventions
  • Supervise IIH team members and monitor performance

Essential Duties

  • Conduct therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
  • Supervise IIH team members and facilitate weekly meetings
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation
  • Manage productivity and monitor overall team performance

  • Fully Licensed: $140 per contact (minimum 10 contacts/week = $72,800 annually)
