Licensed Therapist

Position Summary

Wright Directions Family Services is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents in a full-time, in-person setting. This role offers a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, clinical support, and the opportunity to help build a growing behavioral health practice serving youths, adults, and families throughout the Bluffton and Ridgeland communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care
• Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community supports
• Monitor treatment progress and maintain an active caseload
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and licensure standards
• Support the growth of a high-quality behavioral health practice serving individuals and families in the community

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
• Active South Carolina licensure (LPC-A, LMSW, LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Ability to provide in-person services in Ridgeland/Bluffton
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care

Compensation

$60,000.00 for provisionally licensed clinicians

$70,000.00 for fully licensed clinicians
