HCM Solutions Specialist

Summary

Lead functional analyst configuring and maintaining Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), writing docs, and guiding teams through HRIS deployments and issue resolution.

Business Experience:
• Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
• Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
• Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.
• Candidate should have experience producing content and running sessions to educate around new feature or functionality roll out.
• Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team, including supporting junior resources.
• Candidate should be self motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.

Module Experience:
• Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle ORC with at least two lifecycles.
• Candidate should have detailed level of knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and its connections to HCM .
• Additional module support and deployment experience will be beneficial in the following areas; Core HCM, Talent Management.

Job Details
• This job is for a Lead ORC Functional Analyst to join our existing global HRIS team, supporting the maintenance and further development of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Pune India office. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important.
• The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed.
• Activities may include: Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment.
• University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
