HCM Technical Consultant Security

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced HCM Technical Consultant specializing in Security for a 6-month contract position with LTM across PAN India locations. The role requires end-to-end expertise in setting up security in Oracle Fusion HCM, including comprehensive knowledge of security frameworks, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end setup of security in Oracle Fusion HCM
  
• Setting up of Job Roles and Data Roles
  
• Expertise in User accounts and access management, Role auto provisioning rules, Role delegation, Location-based access control, readonly access, Security profiles, AOR setups, Data security policies, Permissions groups, User categories and Notifications
  
• Hands on experience on sensitive fields hiding across modules
  
• Knowledge on delivered reports and build adhoc reports as required in Security space
  
• Knowledge on implementing security in line with HCM in OTBI and BIFAW
  
• Experience in setting up dynamic access provisioning
  
• Hands on experience on setting up DOR access
  
• Experience in Redwood Implementations and customizations
  
• Create BIP, OTBI, FDI reports in Oracle HCM
  
• Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
  
• In scope review of functional design, functional testing, functional configuration review, integration testing, reports validation, data conversion validation
  

Testing Responsibilities:

• Test management support
  
• Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by Business
  
• Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
  
• Documenting test results
  
• Reporting test results
  
• Perform data validation
  
• Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
  

Integration Experience:

• Working on the interface Impact Analysis
  
• Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
  
• Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, Analytics
  

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Skills:

• Oracle Cloud HCM security framework
  
• Technical and Functional skills in Oracle HCM for Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Analytics
  
• 5+ years of experience in HCM Security
