HDSI: Radiologic Technologist (Mobile)
Perform x-rays for diagnostic purposes. Follow established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety. File FDA license for the x-ray facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic examinations( xray and mammogram ) while adhering to radiology protocols
- Assists radiologists in utz procedures
- Provide patients with radiation protection equipment and ensure they comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure that imaging equipment is in optimum operating order and inform the appropriate person when it needs repairs
- Operate radiologic imaging equipment safely
- Record/ encode all patient information , results ( xray and utz ) in radiology information systems
Background and Qualifications
- Licensed Radiologic technologist
- At least one year of experience as a radiologic technologist
- In-depth knowledge of radiology protocols and imaging equipment
