1. Perform structured reviews of client contracts to identify and assess key provisions governing compliance, regulatory standards, quality assurance, and governance responsibilities.
2. Apply AI legal tools and internal workflow agents to accelerate contract clause extraction, conducting thorough manual quality assurance and cross-checks for precision.
3. Engage with internal teams to identify current policies and practices related to the identified key clauses.
4. Execute detailed gap analyses comparing contract terms against local business implementation; highlight areas of non-alignment and compliance risks.
5. Consolidate findings into structured compliance reports, track remediation milestones, and deliver regular progress updates to the Regional Project Manager.
