Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with developers on Wealth Management System:

• User impact analysis
• Requirement design

2. Support SIT Tester for question clarification.

3. Support Business for new enhancement.

• Requirement detail discussion
• Document and progress update
• UAT / LV support

4. BAU Support

• Issue fixing (IDM, Interface, functional, and so on), Product Patch, System Infra Upgrade:
• Critical Parameter setup
• Document and progress update
• Clarify the issue root cause to Business
