The Head, Agile
Program Delivery Office ensures technology initiatives across Polaris Bank are
delivered on time, efficiently, and in a way that maximizes business value.
This role directs four functions — Agile Program Management, Scrum/Agile
Coaching, Portfolio Management, and Performance Metrics — through specialist
leads and coaches.
Key
Responsibilities
Agile
Program Management Oversight
- Coordinate delivery across multiple
agile teams, managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring program-level
alignment
- Escalate and resolve delivery risks that
span multiple teams or initiatives
Scrum/Agile
Coaching Oversight
- Ensure agile best practices and
ceremonies are consistently applied and continuously improved across
delivery teams
- Build organizational agile maturity
through coaching and capability-building
Portfolio
Management Oversight
- Own the technology portfolio
prioritization process, ensuring alignment with business strategy and
available capacity
- Ensure resource allocation and
capacity planning decisions maximize return on technology investment
Performance
Metrics Oversight
- Ensure delivery metrics (velocity,
quality, throughput) are tracked and reported consistently across teams
- Use delivery data to drive continuous
improvement in program execution

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile/portfolio certification strongly
preferred
- Demonstrated track record running
agile delivery or PMO functions across multiple concurrent initiatives,
ideally in banking or a large enterprise setting
