Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-grade AI solutions, with the ability to deep-dive into technical architecture and solution implementation.
• Build, lead, and scale the AI & Innovation function, including hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable innovation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Own and manage the three-gate intake and evaluation process for AI initiatives, drive escalations, and ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Application Security (AppSec), and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure AI solutions meet infrastructure, security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Define, monitor, and report key performance metrics, including PoC velocity, Power Agents adoption, and adherence to AI standards, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management of AI agents while continuously enhancing their capabilities and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with engineering clusters, business units, and key stakeholders to drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including hands-on experience in people management and leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives, AI-driven innovation, or enterprise technology transformation.
• Strong ability to translate business and enterprise AI strategies into actionable roadmaps and execution plans, with executive-level alignment and sponsorship.
• Experience owning delivery metrics, defining KPIs, tracking performance, and presenting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-grade AI solutions, architecture, and engineering best practices.
