Qualifications & Requirement:

• A First Degree (minimum 2:2)

•Relevant professional certification, Insight and knowledge of local and international practices in the pensions and retirement benefits industry; In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of sales, marketing and business development in the pensions industry.

• Sufficient leadership experience and track record of consistently meeting set targets.

• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 8 years in the financial services sector and 5 years in a top management position.
