Job Description: § Lead seasonal collection selection aligned with brand identity and business goals. § Develop full seasonal launch calendars with delivery dates and product stories. § Forecast category performance using historical and trend-driven insights. § Negotiate prices, MOQs, delivery terms, and expected quality standards.

Qualifications: § Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Buying, or related field. § Minimum 7–12 years of experience in buying and planning roles with leadership responsibilities. § Strong background in seasonal collections, launches, and product timing. § Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer behavior.
