Job Description
Lead and drive cash management business growth across the Corporate Banking portfolio.
Partner with Corporate Client Coverage teams to identify client needs and recommend cash management solutions.
Originate new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships to achieve revenue and liability growth targets.
Manage strategic engagements with key corporate clients and act as a trusted advisor on cash management solutions.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cash Sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and service delivery to ensure a seamless client experience.
Monitor client portfolios, product utilization, revenues, and transaction volumes to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and maintain service excellence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and AML/KYC standards.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of cash management solutions, including payments, collections, liquidity management, receivables, and payables.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and corporate client relationship management.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented, client-focused, and able to lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
