KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Culinary Execution & Brand Standards

  • Enforce strict compliance with HQ recipes, presentation, and service speed.

  • Propose periodic local menu specials subject to HQ approval.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Monitor food costs and margins through procurement, inventory, and supplier oversight.

  • Build Excel technical sheets for yields, portion costs, and margin multipliers.

Team Management & Hygiene

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a 6-person kitchen team for pre-opening and daily workflows.

  • Enforce strict HACCP hygiene regulations, cleaning protocols, and visual guides.

Digital Proficiency & Administration

  • Manage daily IT communications, operational reports, and recipe documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role (Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef), ideally with pre-opening experience within a hotel or restaurant group.

  • Languages: Fluent English mandatory (primary working language for management and reporting).

  • Culinary Approach: Strong operational mindset, prioritizing consistency, standard compliance, and cost control over pure culinary creation.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (ratio calculations, technical spec sheets) and standard office software.

  • Key Competencies: Strong administrative rigor, exceptional organizational skills, natural leadership, and clear communication.

Contract Details: position available from November 1st.
Base Salary: €2000 net per month.
