HEAD CHEF

Head Chef

Diamond Agency Pte Ltd (Indonesia Boleh / Indo Express) is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver authentic Indonesian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indonesian dishes to company standards.

• Plan menus and develop new recipes.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff.

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Manage inventory, food ordering, and stock control.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with SFA and food safety regulations.

• Minimise food waste and control kitchen costs.

• Coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.

• Strong knowledge of authentic Indonesian cuisine.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours:

• 6 days per week

• Shift work (including weekends and public holidays)

Salary:

• According to experience and qualifications.
