the Head Chef is responsible for leading all kitchen operations across food preparation, quality, hygiene, team leadership, and cost management. This role ensures every dish is prepared consistently to brand standards while developing the kitchen team, maintaining operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

The Head Chef is expected to lead by example, foster a positive kitchen culture, and work closely with Front of House to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
