Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager

What you'll be doing

As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, leading every service with energy and confidence. You'll:

• Lead by example in the kitchen, setting the pace and standards.
• Inspire, coach and develop your team to be their very best.
• Manage stock, ordering and GP to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Take ownership of opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and safety standards are consistently exceptional.
• Work closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

• Has experience managing a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Is a natural leader who enjoys building and developing successful teams.
• Stays calm under pressure and loves a busy service.
• Takes pride in delivering consistently great food.
• Has strong organisational skills and understands stock control, ordering and kitchen performance.
