Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Chef and Lodge Management Couple for a luxury boutique lodge in the Bahamas. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated couple with strong culinary and hospitality management experience to join an exclusive property in a beautiful island setting.

Key Responsibilities

Head Chef:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
  

• Design creative menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  

• Manage kitchen staff, stock control, ordering and food cost management.
  

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
  

• Cater to guests' dietary requirements and deliver a memorable dining experience.
  

Lodge Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  

• Manage and support the team to maintain high hospitality standards.
  

• Coordinate guest experiences, housekeeping and general lodge operations.
  

• Monitor stock, supplies and operational costs.
  

• Ensure the property is well maintained and runs efficiently.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior chef role and luxury hospitality or lodge management.
  

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  

• A hands-on approach, with the ability to work well as a team.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction.
  

• Flexibility to work in a remote island environment.
