Head Chef

We are hiring a Head Chef
Korean Cuisine Kitchen

Requirements:
1) At least 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a Korean Cuisine Kitchen
2) Knowledge and experience preparing all Banchan and side dishes from scratch is required
3) Open to travelling to Korea for training and skill development at our restaurant in seoul
4) Experience using chinese wok is required. At least 5 years experience
5) Experience doing korean cook dishes (non BBQ) is required
6) Able to prepare and cook live seafood. At least 3 years of experience handling live seafood is required
