Head Chef

Our client is a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in Dubai are looking to hire a young head chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and development of junior chefs.
• Ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard.
• Ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
  

What we are looking for?

• Previous experience as a Head Chef in an upscale casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity to design and plan dishes and menus
• Willing to join immediately
• Client prefers candidates from CIS countries based in the UAE.
