The role requires strong expertise in:

- Corporate Governance & Secretarial Compliance

- Companies Act, 2013, FEMA & RBI Regulations

- Board & Committee Management

- Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring

- Cross-border Entity Management

- Stakeholder Management with CXOs, Board Members, and Regulatory Authorities

- Global Compliance & Governance Frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

- ACS/FCS qualification

- Experience with large multinational organizations

- Strong exposure to international operations and governance
