Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all golf instruction programs, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior development initiatives
• Deliver high-performance coaching using industry-leading technology, including TrackMan and video analysis tools
• Develop structured coaching pathways for beginners through to elite players
• Drive academy revenue through innovative programming, packages, and events
• Collaborate with Golf Operations, Retail, and other departments to enhance the overall guest journey
• Maintain a strong on-site presence to engage with guests
• Represent the academy through events, content creation, and promotional activities

Qualifications & Experience

• PGA Professional
• Proven experience in a high-end golf academy or resort environment
• Strong track record in coaching, player development, and lesson revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with performance technology (TrackMan preferred)
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences
