Job Description:

- Leading team of GM/ AGM HR.

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition & End To End HR Solution.

- Develop/implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement/retention.

- Conduct performance feedback to employee.

- Develop/ implement training programs for employee.

- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and implement learning and development programs that drive individual and team productivity.

Requirements:

- MBA in HR is must with Appliances Industry Experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and trends.
