- Build robust succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent across critical business functions.

- Drive performance-oriented cultures through effective goal setting, performance management and differentiated rewards.
- Partner with business leaders on sales productivity, incentive effectiveness and performance improvement.
- Strengthen accountability and recognition frameworks linked to business outcomes.
Employee Engagement & HR Governance:
- Champion employee engagement, communication and employee experience initiatives.
- Guide senior stakeholders on complex people matters and organisational challenges.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and governance standards.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights for informed business decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 18 - 25 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to strategic HR business partnering and senior HR leadership.
- Proven experience supporting large sales, revenue-generating, commercial or customer-facing businesses.
- Strong understanding of business dynamics, organisational productivity and performance-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in organisation transformation, talent management, leadership development and change management.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions and geographies.
- Ability to influence senior leadership, navigate ambiguity and drive people-related business decisions.
- Strong executive presence, maturity, communication skills and commercial orientation.
What Makes This Opportunity Distinctive:
- A strategic HR leadership mandate within an established and highly respected organisation.
