A sound understanding of capital market dynamics, value creation levers and corporate transactions is essential, as is strong proficiency in technology, AI and data analytics to drive insights, enhance investor engagement and improve decision-making. Exposure to steel, mining or industrial sectors will be an advantage.</span></p><p></p>
