The role requires strategic thinking and the ability to engage effectively with investors, analysts and senior leadership. A sound understanding of capital market dynamics, value creation levers and corporate transactions is essential, as is strong proficiency in technology, AI and data analytics to drive insights, enhance investor engagement and improve decision-making. Experience with large-cap or diversified listed structures and corporate transactions will be an advantage.</span></p><p></p>
