A sound understanding of capital market dynamics, value creation levers and corporate transactions is essential, as is strong proficiency in technology, AI and data analytics to drive insights, enhance investor engagement and improve decision-making. Exposure to power, utilities or the energy sector will be an advantage.</span></p><p></p>
